The role of the Child and Family Investigator is to determine what is in the best interest of the children involved in divorce and child custody (parental responsibility) cases. As a licensed professional counselor and attorney, I bring a unique set of skills to the role of Child and Family Investigator. I offer expertise in domestic violence, removal/relocation, adult mental health, child abuse and sexual violence.

I am not currently eligible to accept state pay (indigent) cases. However, CFI services are offered on a sliding scale, based on the parties'
combined monthly gross income with my hourly rate starting at $65 per hour. Effective April 2011, CFI fees are capped at $2,000 except in extraordinary circumstance where additional fees are authorized by court order. Alternative payment arrangements are available.
